I tried the Sig P226 at my range, along with five or six others, before I finally bought my Canik TTI combat. I almost went with a p226 elite, but the Canik just felt better in my hand. The 226 is a very sweet shooting piece, though. I don’t have an EDC, my gun is mostly for range and home self-defense.

My favorite range gun is still the 1911 in .45ACP, my definition of a sweet shooter. Sadly, it is too big to conceal carry.
EDC is either a HK VP9SK or Ruger Max-9.

Top left is my favorite, Sig “fastback” in .45acp absolutely silky smooth shooter! The grip texture makes sure she doesn’t slip in your hand, but isn’t soo aggressive to tear you up with recoil, and the way the bottom of the grip curves rather than the traditional sharp point just makes it more comfortable to shoot than a 1911 already is!

Do we really want to show our EDC? Correct me if I am wrong, but as a public forum, is anything displayed here (pictures, comments, links) open to anyone (government, or nefarious people, anti-gun organizations) to use against us?

Feel free to lift a stock image of a sig 365 with a Wilson grip, there’s likely thousands of guns out there that are identical.
