"This begs the question: If the bill passes in the Senate and is signed by Gov. Eric Holcomb, should Indiana residents still go to the trouble of getting a license from the Indiana State Police? "

The conventional wisdom for many years has been to go ahead and get the lifelong permit, in the hopes that you’ll be grandfathered in, if the laws change again.
