I’m against red flag laws that are based on people and their feelings about whether or not you should have a gun. On the other hand, I’ll fully support red flags that go after individuals that incriminate themselves by saying or posting potential activities that are definitely threats to the lives of others. I’ll also say that if such a post or whatever is found and acted on, every effort needs to be made immediately to insure that it’s actually the individual in question that made said threats and that there’s no possibility they were set up.
I could only guess, unless you give me a specific situation and I don’t want to do that. Good question.
Red flag laws are easy to abuse.
It’s the cousin of frivolous lawsuits.
I wish to say to you I AGREE on this point.
The only problem is people are under the ASSUMPTION that these Folk’s are here to PREVENT Chaos and Death. I don’t see them being that human. I see these evil criminals Setting people up to do the very thing they say they wish to prevent. Time and time again, someone HAD the information , had the foreknowledge to stop a School shooting, Trump’s Assassination attempt and either PURPOSELY kept quiet or DELIBERATLY gave mis/disinformation where help or preventive measures could have stopped these events BEFORE they caused Death, Mayhem and Tragedy.
I’ve said this numerous times THEY WANT TERROR! Foreign AND Domestic. They NEED the Sheeple to live in FEAR. FEAR POWDER is a fantastic salt to spread over WE THE PEOPLE to keep us DISTRACTED and DEMORALIZED from their real plan of Disarmament and Global takeover.

A specific situation is these days based on some liberals feelings being “offended” and going to a leftwing DA, judge or LEO with the same mindset.
I would make them think I was one of them. I would gradually let them see how what they were doing is against Gods will and show them if I could do Gods will so could they.
Coincidentally I woke up this morning thinking what would I do if my parents were murderers and wanted me to be a murderer. The Bible says to honor one’s mother and father. God gave me a conscious. He gave me the ability to discern between his will and evil. He gave us all this ability. We have to recognize it.
God does. He gave us a conscience. Once we get rid of all our unnecessary baggage, we can use it to our/everyone’s natural ability.
