They ruled 60% Air Force because they neglected to report him and thus he wasn’t flagged when buying the firearm.
The Airforce still was not involved in the shooting, only the perp. As if even prohibited persons can’t obtain firearms? If that were true, why are we not using those same methods on the “war on drugs”? Clearly that war would have been won by now, it has only been over 120 years since it began.
