"Interchangeable" ammo

The Please Speak Up topic has a lot of discussion about ammo that you can shoot in different caliber firearms. For example:

-.357- can shoot .38spc or .357 (you have to be very careful with +P cartridges in .357. Not all .357 can handle +P, I don’t consider this a beginner caliber)

  • .308- can shoot .308 or 7.62x51
  • 5.56 & .223 Wylde- either .223 Rem or 5.56
  • 9mm luger and 9mm parabellum (9x19) are the same thing. 9mm Makarov and some other Com Bloc 9mm cartridges are not compatible in 9mm Parabellum
  • .44 mag- can shoot .44 mag or .44 spc
  • .45 long colt- can shoot .45 S&W aka .45 Schofield, .45 Long Colt, and .410 (not a gauge, it’s a caliber, I also don’t know if you can fire .410 in all .45 LC guns)

I don’t know if I missed anything.

460 magnum shoots-460, 454, 45 Colt, 45 Schofield, and if cut for moon clips 45 acp

327 magnum shoots-327, 32 H&R mag, 32 long, and 32 short.
