Two years every left winger had to have an electric car…to save the planet, Tesla was the one they all aspired to get. What makes the hypocrisy of this whole conference so ludicrous is this Carbon Footprint BS! One fact, if understood, should change anyone’s mind about its veracity: Every Life Form on this planet, whether animal or vegetable, is carbon based and needs carbon to survive. Carbon Sequestration is a process by which NATURE (by photosynthesis in the leaves of plants and trees) takes in CO2 (carbon dioxide), separates out the carbon and sequesters it in the soil and plant structure, then releases the remaining oxygen into the atmosphere for animal life to survive. It’s a beautifully designed cyclical ecosystem that Man cannot improve upon!
Another point: The amount of CO2 in our atmosphere is at or less than 0.0427%, or slightly more than 4 one hundredths of one percent. According to Dr. Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace International, we have TOO LITTLE carbon dioxide in our atmosphere and at one point in the last 10 years it was at a critical low point that was nearly too low to sustain plant life!
Farmers downwind from ethanol plants like Archer Daniels Midland (alcohol from corn sugar) benefit greatly by the increased yields produced in their crops (accelerated plant growth) by the CO2 they propose to capture. Leaving the trees they destroyed for this highway project would have removed more CO2 from the atmosphere than these “Climate Scientists” with all their hair-brained ideas will accomplish in their combined lifetimes! This whole idea is a solution to an imaginary problem and amounts to a con game to get idiots to give up more tax money based on a lie!!
