So what was the guys name? I just read an entire story about how New York is the worst for not putting the name of the person on a license, but then Oklahoma could not name him either? Is it perchance this is all made up? That the New York Post who is known to sensationalize stories to get clicks? Seems that way when you use the old google to look up why there are people with “No Name Given” on their ID, which there are and it’s because they only have a single name, not every culture has surnames.

I’ll just put this here as a reminder of the dangers we face when illegals, who don’t know or read English, or our traffic laws, are handed CDL’s that aren’t even worth the card they’re printed on, by blue states trying to welcome voters.

He killed people in my state in a horrific crash, and if you watch the in-cab video of it, he didn’t even react when he saw a van full of people blown apart at 70MPH under his trailer.

Now families are grieving, and we have to house him in prison, thanks to California.

Pretty confusing press release, had to go read about it elsewhere. The driver was in the United States legally under asylum, his brother the passenger was here illegally but was not driving at the time of the crash. Now there are some issues, Washington State should have issued the driver a non-domiciled CDL instead of the full-term CDL he was issued due to his immigration status. The only difference between the two Licenses though is one of them expires when the person immigration status changes.
