We need the Supreme Court to put and end to all of this nonsense for good. Same BS being litigated in Oregon right now. Tax payers are paying both for the Prosecution and defence of these cases. That is wrong. The laws are unconstitutional to begin with and should not even reach this stage.

How will a 12 rd mag stop the killing of people by gangs and hoodlums in Chicago? How will the limit help individuals defend themselves? I know I am preaching to the choir here but it makes no sense to me. I would be inclined to carry an extra magazine. Just another example of symbolic uses of politics.
