Welcome and good thinking, the world could not survive without tradesmen/women.

I used to buy a new gun every time president potatohead did something stupid. I have come to the realization that I just can’t keep up…

I did that for awhile but going to my FFL multiple times per day got a little bit expensive. plus I ran out of space in my safe and I am now on a list. :grimacing:

Are you sure that our money is still in UA? I believed the people who visited UA came home with suitcases of cash. That money never made it to help the war effort, remember UA is the most corrupt country in Europe or maybe in the world. The UA people in charge are driving Porches to the war front, stand in front of a camera and beg for more money so they can party while others are dying. This is evil. USA has no business in UA.

If I’ve thought this once I’ve thought it a hundred times,
I’m glad my Dad didn’t have to live to see this.

I don’t know if I could be considered a prepper , but l can quite literally never step foot outside of my house for at least 10 years lol . I started buying stuff years ago when my kids were young. I just felt like I brought them into this mess , l owe them every possible chance to make it through hard times . I should have maybe downsized long ago but my brain always goes back to providing them safety and security to the best of my ability , so I still live way off the beaten path, and they know what’s here should the occasion arise.

What’s to explain , I guess what I’m trying to say is that I was blessed with the resources and had the available space for storage to kinda make preparations for the hard times to come . And I do mean that I wouldn’t have to step outside lol . But when you think about it , can you ever truly be prepared ? You can have all the rations and the means to hold on to them , but for how long ? A good person can only pile up so many bad ones , before someone says , heck with this , and they send a smart bomb down your chimney lol

I thought you meant you were afraid to go out or you had so much stuff you couldn’t get to the door. You had enough stuff to last 10 years.

you are not alone with your thinking.
I thought the same thing.

I didn’t see it either, but his further clarifications cleared it up for me. I am in a similar situation, I have all that I need stored in my house, to not need to leave my home for years.

@BRUCE26 thanks so much. Excellent resource. Gave it a quick read and bookmarked for later. Most of the sites I bookmarked before had tons of overlap. Your link had some new thoughts. Thanks!
