Welcome to the Community! Yes indeed, the P365 series is an outstanding choice for concealed carry. I have hundreds of rounds through mine with zero stoppages. If you can go to a range and shoot several different pistols before you choose, it is a good move.
As far as holsters, I have great luck with Crossbreed and Black Point Tactical. Good luck and enjoy the trip.

I don’t carry P365, but every other handgun I have been carrying appendix used Tier1 Concealed Axis Elite.
A little pricey, but I have never worn more comfortable AIWB hostler.

Try Watchdog Tactical (www.watchdogtactical.com) or Tacticon (https://tacticon.com/product-category/holsters/iwb-boltaron-gun-mag-holster/). The Tacticon has the best claw I have ever used, and their “wedge” really helps concealment.

I carry a Glock 26 in the “Smart Carry” holster with a Kydex Trigger Guard that I can remove quickly ( I can carry a round in the chamber safely, drawing or putting it back in the holster) it’s a deeper way to carry, it’s the most comfortable. I don’t worry about printing or anyone seeing my weapon or even trying to take my weapon away from me, it’s very secure. I can wear jeans, shorts, sweatpants, or dress pants. I can jog, run, work out or work and no issue of falling out and my weapon is right in front of me. My draw is a little slower but my opinion it a better way to carry, the pros out weights the cons.
