Never pass but im hoping.
Im sick and tired (like most here) of an agency, full of unelected morons passing “laws” that they are not authorized to do.
Congress makes laws, not alphabet agencies

I think there is an article about how hearing loss after you have to defend yourself in a SD event could have their loss held against them in court.
So by not making suppressors legal, making you practically deaf after you have defended yourself.
I believe it is in the latest USCCA issue here, page 108

It doesn’t discourage agencies from making up unconstitutional rules and regulations.
