I think there would be a lot of objections over not being able to slaughter animals kosher or Halal. Jesus came to fulfill the law and the prophets, not to abolish or destroy them. ---

One of his lines reminded me of The Clash song, Something About England, which mocked that sentiment about Britain being for the British again. I still like that song. All of Britain’s problems can be directly traced back to Colonialism. Making 3rd world people subjects of the Crown and UK citizens was great when those subjects stayed in their 3rd world colonies. However being subjects allowed them to move to Britain and now they want to tell the descendants of those people their ancestors should have stayed in their 3rd world colonies that Britain no longer controls. Britain is getting exactly what they deserve as a failed colonial power. ---

The media and Democrats use the that term for that, rest of us still call them what they are - illegal immigrants. However, the immigration problem is still with us today, and, of course, in the UK, too. The problem is there are more illegals in the UK than back then, same for the USA. That “singer” is Puerto Rican. I have worked with many in the past and most were born there that I knew. You certainly mis-interpreted what I meant and the meaning of the song. The song was not about immigrants. It was about how much suffereing the lower classes went through, and still do, and that the upper-class does not care. It also points out that Britain was never British, and that the pleasant reminisces of its history never were.
