OK Folk’s here’s my confusion. These two articles are related. The Second article was the initial one about a homeless guy who was caught up in a ‘drug sweep’ around a seedy Hotel in downtown Albuquerque that was/is overrun by prostitutes’/Homeless and the addicted (nasty area). This dude tried to conceal his identity (LIE) and became ‘Combative’ they placed him in a car to calm down (cuffed)----they DIDN’T search him (duh!), (45) minutes into the incident on the Vid you hear a Cop say ‘What’s that in your hand dude?’–his reply ‘A GUN’----BANG BANG!
Stoopid stuff.
Second article: (an update) say’s 'VICTIM’S Family upset! ’ Why’d they ‘choot my boy!’ Blah, blah, blah! Tears, hand wringing, the whole bit…
Here’s the thing. Number one Son was Homeless, (Living real close to Mommy/Daddy who walked to the Crime Scene apparently), he had a Sheet for multiple arrests, He tried to conceal who he was, He was Combative and they cuffed him up. (HE HAD A FIREARM on his person), He was never properly searched and after a time got his hands on the piece enough to where the ‘observant’ Cops said ‘Hey whatcha got there Bro?’ Now this pillar of the community is fertilizer. And the recriminations start hot N Heavy now!. BAD COPS!, Killa Cops!.
Did the Cops screw up? Absolutely. Should have searched him before they put him in the Unit.
Where was this LOVING FAMILY through all this?. They left their boy out on the streets, wandering around causing mayhem, Drugs? Alcohol abuse? Don’t know reporters give 1/2 a story. He had an Illegal Firearm. (I’m going to guess it was STOLEN! 99.9% chance he wasn’t a CCW holder…just a guess). Combative ,Cuffed-up he pulled Iron—What was he going to do mayhaps?—Prolly shoot somebody I’d think? He FAFO didn’t he?
Now the Fam is going to get rich off the city because the Cops took out this Mensa Candidate in the prime of his life… $$$$$CHA-CHING!$$$$$
Why didn’t this wonderful family try to HELP this guy? (When he was on this side of the grass?)
I’ll tell you why.
They gave up on him. Cut him loose, Kicked him out onto the Mean Streets.
Booze/Drugs will change someone. An Addiction KILLS Good People everyday.
The ‘Fam’ got tired, fed up, and he was gone. NOW DEAD HE IS UP FOR SAINTHOOD though!
(He was such a nice boy! Played Tuba in Junior high amirite?) You are dead now all is forgiven…enrich us.

I get it! Nobody can help an addicted person till they understand they have a serious problem and need help. You can’t FORCE someone to get sober/clean. It won’t take.
A Ranger I knew was into the sh!t and couldn’t stop. HE LOVED the ARMY!, Loved the Military and had the brains to go as far as he wanted, he just couldn’t get off the sh!t. They tried to help. Multiple times, Warnings, chits on his record, loosing his stripes, They gave him more chances than was allowed then He got da Boot! SAD. I heard he died, Armed Robbery/LA.
The reason for ‘All this’ is one of the MAJOR problems with Society today is ‘NO PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY’ anymore. Killery does what she wants and nobody beeotch slaps her, FREE DIDDY! (maybe he was such a nice boy!) Karamella say’s she worked @ McDonald’s…really?
Nobody calls her on her 1000’s of LIES!
It makes me… angry that this family will enrich themselves on their stupid dead kid.
Officers may loose their Jobs. Taxpayer funded trips to Mexico now forever for this Loving family. In the good old days you do the crime , you do the time. Now every phuck up is a Victim when Karma decides ‘ENOUGH’ and it’s time to pay the piper.
You folk’s know most of my story. Blown up, shot (a few times) (13)MAJOR surgeries, a few minor ones, I was put on EVERYTHING Big Pharma ever invented. But one day when I came to the realization I hadn’t talked to my Wife in about (2) weeks that scared me to death. I was in Zombieland and it was time to get off the sh!t. She gave me space to understand it was up to me when to say enough. Looking towards my legs (or what was left of them) was deeply depressing, couple that with a wonderful case of PTS/Anxiety and the Pain oh the pain still I said ‘Enough’. My Family is tough. NOT handwringers, coddlers, No sir. But I’ve been through the sh!t and came out the other side they were going to give me room to figure it out. BUT THEY would NEVER push me out the door.
Do these fine folk’s feel they DESERVE Reparations’ for their dead Junky kid? Apparently so.
Pudding Pants said yesterday about Trump ‘LOCK HIM UP!’ (I mean Politically, like that makes this fossil seem more humane) No one blinks anymore.
You know in India if you steal they lop off your dominant hand—If you steal again buh bye the other one. You walk into a store and have no hands I think people would gleen that you were a skell thief and boot your ass ot the door. Just deserts. Today a revolving door for Rapists, Murderers and Thieves exists (until the meet a Gunner who said enough) and then WE GET SUED by their family for talking the little darlings life!----WE NEED INSURANCE to protect ourselves from be Killed, Raped, Robbed (a lot of the time in our own homes Crazy stuff.
I hope this made sense? You must feel some of this. We Gunner’s are the 'Salt of the Earth (as I heard recently) We go to extremes to keep our rights and be on the Straight path. We step out of line and we KNOW the ‘G’ is ready to cuff us up. I never realized we already live in a Communist Police state. Very tough realization.
