Two exercise items to look at are from D’ADDARIO - I use their “Varigrip” and “FiddiLink” - they’re made for guitar players. The Varigrip has individually-adjustable, spring-tensioned finger-isolators - they also offer an aluminum “Deluxe” model. The FiddiLink is an exerciser for fidgets. You can buy these separate, or together. I’m semi-ambidextrous, but developed CTS in my left wrist, and broke it laterally 10 years later - if you’re training to shoot off-hand, these conditioners would help. FYI
