“This bill specifies that a person who has a license to carry a concealed weapon may possess a firearm in a place of worship, including on school grounds, unless the place of worship posts its grounds or building as provided in the trespassing laws.”

****Currently under the Wi. law these places were considered “PRIVATE” property and also part of them are schools where the ccw holder could not carry. Now hopefully this law will not only allow ccw in these places but also require them to post sings if they won’t allow their parishioners to carry for their safety. **
**If these churches won’t allow this than we as parishioners need to ask what type of security they have in place to insure our safety? ****

Both the Church and School we attend(ed) were required by insurance to post signs stating no firearms were allowed. Well at least that is what they said as well as the Archdiocese…
