My advice is the same to car owners - shop for insurance online, and leave no stone unturned. Make or upgrade your security system(s) to state-of-the-art - make sure these companies know about it, and continue to shop at least every 6 months - look for BBB or other reviews on the companies that catch your interest.

Searching online is probably your best bet. If you don’t mind the question, what happened with your old carrier? Sometimes local laws change and make it harder/unattractive for an insurance company to take the risk. So that might impact also.

Suggestion:
Ask other FFLs who their provider is, and why they chose them.

Good question you asked ; but not answered
“ why did your insurance company drop you “:question::question::question::question:

Without knowing what your specific needs are, you may also consider checking the NRAs website, or look into Delta Defense’s new insurance products, or Lockton Affinity Group?
