It is difficult to say if this was intentional by the 2 women or they were trying to get out of paying real money for a licensed trainer.

Moral of the above story is don’t approach a stranger and ask him/her to give your dog a treat. Not all dogs get along with strangers. This woman is going to be sued and will be liable for all the injuries her dog caused to this stranger.

Sued - maybe, found liable - not so fast. if I were the judge, I’d ask the bit guy, what was he thinking, getting personal with a large dog he doesnt know.

If I were the judge, I would side with the victim for way she was abandoned by the dog owner.
