Any of you seen this one yet? I’ve not.
Been hearing how controversial it is, as a premise is the main character goes after criminals who were instead set free by the courts. Warning, it contains a lot of violence, I regret.
Heard it’s not in English, reportedly it’s in German dubbed over in English, which personally I tend unable to watch, but plan to check this one out some day. Filmed in Croatia. A sequel is in development:
I hate voiceover dubbed. I’d rather watch it in it’s native language and try to keep up with subtitles.
The Bourne Movies, The Patriot
Yes, we watched this recently. Understood the message the film was trying to convey. Albeit hugely exaggerated, but clear none the less. It makes me think of movies like Death Wish, Dirty Harry, The Equalizer, etc.
English dubbed and some subtitles.
It’s worth the low cost to stream.
Same here, I watch films and tv shows made in Finland, Belgium, etc. in original language with English subtitles. I remember I started Money Heist (La Casa de Papel) episode 1 in English but at some point had to pause streaming. When I resumed, I didn’t realize it was in original Spanish. It took awhile for me to notice, acting was better because it was the actors’ own voice.
