Glow in the Dark Sights - I swear I didn't do it

@Mike164 At first, I thought you were showing the night sky with Moon and Venus off in the distance  until I scrolled down to the next picture :grimacing: looks like you’ll be ordering new rear sights! If you do get new sights, use red Loctite on the screws!

Seems like cheap sights. I abuse mine and don’t have this issue. Especially when doing broken wing drills.

FWIW, everything I’ve bought in the past have come with blue.

My favorite configuration in the dark is a super dim rear sight, preferably of a different color. Just bright enough to barely see if I need to line things up precisely but not enough to notice or distract my eye from the front sight if I need to go fast. I have a 15 year old faded rear amber tritium sight with no colored outline that works perfectly for this on my home defense pistol when teamed with a newer bright green front sight.

I would much rather have a blacked out rear sight than one bright enough to distract my eye from the front sight. On my P365 I had to buy a brighter front tritium sight and dim out the rears with a sharply to make the sights usably fast.

Stock. Factory sights.

Sights and optics get blue. I could see red but red being “permanent”…I’ve never had blue or green on a properly torqued optic-anything come loose nor anyone I personally know either
