I’m reminded of an article I noticed related to the FFL dealer/industry, copied below. Where proposals fail at the federal level, some states may have success.
I thought it interesting in case it’s a sign of things to come or at least if we can challenge such infringements, but before they can become law. Although, I personally don’t mind certain rules, and know I’m in the minority here.
The article delves a little bit into being able to be grandfathered in, and the concept of having to register. I’m concerned regarding the fees. I just wish we had national reciprocity because I have family in different states.
