If anyone wonders why hurricanes change direction, areas are in a drought or others underwater look no farther than this topic. You can find it goes way back. Cloud seeding used in Vietnam during monsoon season to slow transport of arms to the south. It’s being sold as climate protection, but in reality it’s using climate as a weapon. For those who doubt this, over a dozen US States have banned the spraying of these aerosols over their states. It’s very real and very dangerous.

They used it in Viet Nam yep but it started back in the dust bowl days because the land was being stripped but wind because there was no wheat or hay/ straw to hold the earth there so the wind blew it all away, I forget what it is but it’s a chemical that they seeded the clouds with and they used planes in Viet Nam of course but they had to shoot it up into the sky using these little rockets that looked like a junior high school project . I read a big thing about it. It was pretty interesting, they thought the guy was a snake oil salesman but it worked
