I guess that IS the problem with laws in general. You’re not a criminal until you actually do what the laws says you can’t do, one iota of a second before that your peachy. It used to be, the police wouldn’t show up until after a crime had allegedly been committed but now it is rather quickly moving to what “You Might Do” or “What Might Happen” or “What that might mean”…
