I am not suggesting going to a therapist. This is something one can do on their own. Getting in touch with oneself and one’s senses.
If we want to help others we first must help ourselve.
It is the same thing we do in our brains that creates muscle memory. It is fairly simple even with someone with half a brain like me.

From the former Director- 1.6 million got-aways at the southern border. If only 1% to 1.5% of those were terrorists, that’s 16,000 to 24,000 enemies.
Surprisingly, more than twice the number of people on the terror watch list were captured at the northern border than at the southern border. (Easier access I guess, plus you cut out the cartel middleman)
