People are pretty dumb wen it comes to driving alright and just like you said in a snow/ ice storm they they just drive like it’s august or September and like here where it’s rained twice in eight months it’s slick when it does rain for all the oil, transmission fluid and anti-freeze but they don’t even think of it till they are spinning around in circles at 70 mph. I drove 500 miles a day in a delivery truck made to put windshields in the box on it and I’ve seen my share of fools. My Dad used to say ā€œ I’ve never had a wreckā€! And my Mom would say ā€œ but plenty of people behind him hasā€ lol

I never paid much attention to Cuban I guess simply because he’s a dumcrap but I saw him say something about the election a day or so ago and recognized him. How in the heck does anyone get those pics of him and Dequeero screaming like that? One has made so many movies that has to be somewhere but how did it get Cuban screaming like that?

I don’t want anyone to read what I’m not typing here. Don’t even read between the lines. Lastly, don’t accuse me of xenophobia.
I’ll try to be honest and cautious.

Eight years or so ago, I did some kind of an audit/consulting for an insurance company which mainly serve the trucking industry. My short time there, I observed majority of the drivers were of a certain group/race/country of origin.
Now, driving to/from work, when I see a 35,000-lb truck weaving in and out of traffic, I observed majority of the drivers were of a certain group/race/country of origin.

I understand what you are saying I worked for a large trucking company for 30 years and did training and safety. We talked about the same thing .

One good reason for Cali is to have safe EV self driven Semi trucks!

I would trust self driven EVs more than these drivers

I don’t know much about the technical aspects of photoshopping and editing but, I think that since they can digitalize photos the can more easily manipulate them and it is not as obvious that has been done.

We built a Petroleum Coke loadout in Northern California in 2010. ALL of the drivers had to stop, kneel and Pray every day at specific times. English speakers were hard to find in that group and it wasn’t Spanish they were speaking.

We had truck drivers coming into our warehouse every day and this certain group of people would back in and get out of their trucks ( it would take us a couple hours to unload them) walk through our warehouse in a pair of sandals carrying this piece of like shower flooring and wash their feet and leave our restrooms a complete mess and get back in their trucks and sleep until we were done.
We had a big warehouse with like 10,000 windshields in it and we have fork trucks and pickers running all over the place including unloading his truck with a couple of them and this dude thinks he can walk around in there barefoot in a pair of flip flops? Oh no it’s against OSHA rules and we could be fined thousands of dollars and he gets mad when he was told he couldn’t do that and acted like we was infringing upon his religious rights well tuff teet, and after a cpl phone calls he started staying in his truck, and there was more than one guy like him to there was a bunch of em

Muslem Truck drivers are everywhere, seen many on my routes for quite some time. One of our drivers was from Turkey.

I didn’t see where they had any respect for anyone , you would speak to them and they would just look at you like you was stupid or something , and they knew English too. I’d think the laws were relaxed for them because I remember when drivers from Mexico could come here and drive and I don’t think they needed to have or know anything.

Didn’t NAFTA say Mexican trucks and drivers could cross into the United States but American Trucks and Drivers Could NOT cross into Mexico?

In the second half of my working career I retired from the print industry. Don’t get excited though. Just junk mail. If you got any AARP mailings from '98-'21…yeah there’s a good chance I produced that $hit that you kept throwing in the garbage can. As a personal aside…Thank you! I always told my bosses that I would never become an AARP member so I would always have to mail that $hit to myself! Again, thank you for your contributions towards my retirement!

Wait a minute…where were we?

Oh yeah. We regularly had lost mail drivers calling in, in broken English for directions to our plant. (middle of the cornfields in bum*uck Illinois) I guess they didn’t trust GPS for fear they might be located by immigration? IDK?

I always appreciated the irony of these migrants of questionable legal status being hired by a government agency to deliver federally controlled mail. Little to no understanding of our language, how they navigated our highway system without a working knowledge and understanding of road signs etc. Truly amazing!

Almost always Eastern European or Russian.
