While some have tried to push this as a win for Marijuana users. The crux of the matter is that he was imprisoned for saying he had smoked Marijuana in the past. Not that he was using Marijuana in his current existence.

First, those days of inhaling are long gone. I don’t believe in lengthy sentences for usage.
Secondly, can’t trust Nikki Fried. If I’m right she put a hold on permitting during Covid

Fourth, “…responsible cannabis consumers…” that’s more of an oxymoron! Responsible alcoholic 
Medicinal usage while under a doctor’s care, I think is a wonderful alternative to opiates!

yes my Dr knows about me taking a liquid cbd oil he encouraged me to give it a try. I’m off of a lot of meds that made me a lethargic zombie. between that and my phycological service dog I have been off all of the meds for 10 years.
I don’t smoke it I take an edible type.
