I was shooting 210grs at about 75 yards. To be honest, that’s pretty much the longest clean shot I would have I could shoot farther but then tree branches come into play. That could get sketchy, anyways was shooting prone.
Then I shot some 190’s. First 3 shots were in the 10 ring prone. Shot 3 more and they went wild but last 3 I was using the sxs. Couldn’t get a good rest. Its me not the gun
Still whatever you would be shooting at would be dead.
Thanks Peter but I can do better. When I went from 210gr to 190’s I didnt change the scope. The 210’s shoot better.
For a cheap AR upper and a cheap trybe LPVO scope, im pleasantly surprised. Not to impressed with the scope so might swap it out with a red dot though
FYI, this trybe 1-8 lpvo scope is real finicky on eye relief. Even now when its 70 degrees with a light jacket I got the black ring of death unless I moved around. Gun season in nov, ill be wearing thicker clothing so that will throw it off. The picture is clear but for a hunting scope…
I have a leupold 2-7 I’ll probably throw on it for it for now
The way I was shooting…that’s being nice.
