That judge needs to be impeached.
Just keep in mind one thing Folkâs, there are prolly THOUSANDS of so called âFederal Judgesâ in this country. That being said the small amount of these âJudgesâ are bought and paid for by either the DNC/Soros. When you see an article like this one or any other most of the time these people are over stepping their authority. Trying to âACTâ like a Supreme Court Justice is getting the attention of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel. It will not end well for them. Itâs along the same lines as these State Attorney Generals who acted so outside the law it wasnât funny. Lawfare in any form is ILLEGAL and these characters may get their (15) seconds of fame but they may also get the boot!.
I believe the problem exists because theyâve been told they are the Law of the Land so often they can just make summery judgements like this and folkâs will snap to and turn over the information requested. It doesnât work that way. Itâs like these little pissants who say to our Commander-In-Chief âYOU CANâT SEND TROOPERS INTO CHICAGOâ Um⊠He is a WARTIME PRESIDENT he IS THE AUTHORITY! NOT YOU!. It may look good in a temporary Headline as a WIN for the DemoncratsââHe Blocked Trump!â But once again itâs ILLEGAL and they wrote a check their authority canât cash!.

They should give them the listâŠ.redacting all identifying information. Fed agencies have set the precedent.
FPC just sent out an email yesterday that judges are finding it more difficult after the pushback on âuniversal injunctionsâ. They were criticized for overstepping their authority and are now wanting to rule only for the people listed in the lawsuit. FPC mentioned to make sure your membership is up to date because they list âmembers of FPCâ in the lawsuits. Good luck with that though. How would I explain to an LEO that Iâm allowed to have a 17rnd magazine, for example, because Iâm a member of FPC. Or, âYou see officer⊠this doesnât count as an âassault weaponâ in CA because Iâm a member of FPC. Donât you see the patch on my rifle bag???â
