Family Practitioners are probably next, read everything, twice now before you sign it.
After reading about NY laws having to retreat from your own home so you won’t get killed by the invaders, I’m surprised that you are not forced to fill out this revocation of Rights to buy a house or rent a place, yet😡

I’m pretty sure the NY and other state’s duty to retreat laws aren’t designed to force homeowners to retreat so they don’t get killed. The laws seem designed to force homeowners to risk their lives trying to retreat in order to make sure the home invaders have the run of the house to steal everything they want without the risk of getting killed:/

I used to have a neighbor that had a door frame attached to his perimeter fence, if you walked through that you were inside his home.
Reminded me of the Longmire episode with Chance Gilbert(Peter Stormare).
Here in rural NV, bring your own shovel if your going to burglarize a home, no one retreats!
