Does this look good? I have been to Chicago several times on business trips, but only in or near the “Loop”, supposedly the “good” area, but the crime map would beg to differ. I had an Afghani taxi driver once while there. He was an army interpreter and got a green card to come to the USA. He said parts of Chicago were worse than some places he was in, in Afghanistan.

Here is my home town. So low they do not even have crime stat data.
