The addition of the folding grip provides a clip to secure it and it is still the perfect size for an ankle holster.

I have a wide interest in a wide variety for all occasions, or scenarios.
Whatever works best.
It’s hard to narrow all that down to one tool for all.
So, I like to consider a few.
I favor concealed carry for its tactical advantage, so when it comes to semiautomatics of the military variety in civilian settings I’ll go with the GO General Officer version, like the M18 vs. the M17 version of the Sig P320, and 9mm in JHP, preferably with a capacity greater than 10+1 and several extra, or extended magazines as primary EDC.
And, one, or two BUGs, like a smaller more accessible item for driving, like at the ankle. Or, a pocket pistol.
For off-roading in bear country, a full size hand cannon open carry like a .50, or .500cal.
When carrying a shotgun I favor 12 Ga. Military grade 00-Buck, or HP rifled deer slugs.
Something with substantial knockdown power.
Except maybe for target practice, or plinking, I really don’t like anything smaller than 9mm, even in a BUG backup gun.
I rather have at least .357 if limited to two shots.
Something that will stop a threat.
