I’m glad you’re getting healthy brother! I’m doing the same, eating well, starting to work out again, dropping some weight. It’s easy to let our physical fitness slowly degrade and not even realize how much it’s down until suddenly things that used to be easy are tiring, and our clothes all seem to not fit right.
We never can predict what we’ll be called upon to do, but I want to live as long and healthy as I can, always ready for whatever life may throw my way.
That is my wish for ALL OF US Also Brothers and Sisters.
Lugging heavy Machine parts through the Airport for me the pounds come off.
Being depressed, Financially Stressed the pounds packed on last year.
Not saying it will, but if anything happened to tax our Body, Mind, Spirit in the
coming months I feel it would behoove us to be as ready as we can be.
