Appears to have risen to the level of treason.

This is not new, they said that continuous exposure to animals with bird flu could result in a human contacting it. What they are also saying is that human to human transfer remains very unlikely.
“IRS (who were specifically hired to collect from wealthy people cheating on their taxes and these agents bring in revenue many times their salary)”
If you really believe that they were going to spend all that time and money to try and prosecute the rich for tax evasion, you were dreaming. That is what they told the public, but in actuality, they were going to go after anyone, but middle class for the most part as they do not have the resources to fight the IRS.

DOGE major savings are offsetting the costs onto State Governments, if States are paying for everything why even have a Federal? Why should a State stay in the Union if the only purpose of the Federal is to suck them dry? The entire reason this country was formed was because a King was sucking the people dry and not providing them with basics.
There are musty dusty old documents the clearly explain what the Federal is supposed to do, we’ve moved a long long ways off of the line described and explained in those very documents.
Except my Federal income taxes will not go down while my State income taxes will increase, I don’t get refunds at the end of the year I get a bill. It’s easy to see who lives off my wealth when there is zero considerations on how these changes will affect my income tax implications. I am already paying 20K a year for my State income taxes pushing more onto my State makes me question why I am paying 30k for my Federal income tax. And that is not my only tax, I pay property and every other tax just to live and breathe. I don’t mind paying taxes, it’s the fact that one entity used to provide services for those dollars that will still take them but expect another to fulfill them. I don’t want to see my state taxes to increase to cover the Federal who is not going to lower them.

Your assumption is that the majority of the money was being funneled to state and local governments, which isn’t exactly the case. A good percentage of the money spent at the federal agency level is spent supporting the feferal bureaucracy.
I am all for gutting the federal government and letting the states decide how to raise funds and spend those funds.
The prior administration does not have a good track record with regard to accurate reporting, often releasing information/data with numbers erroneously skewed to appear more favorable to them.
Even with that in mind, their own fiscal impact of illegal immigrants report shows a significant net loss.
Illegal immigrants, all of them, need to be deported. Sanctuary jurisdictions need to be outlawed. This will go a long way towards improving the governments (local, state & federal) spending problems.
Certainly won’t solve all the problems, but a step in the right direction.
5% of the fed budget spent on federal employees, most of which are invovled in providing services to Americans. So, no, very little is spent on bureaucracy.
Just a personal observation here, but in spite of all the DOGE cuts, and all the pending disaster we were supposed to see, I’ve seen exactly zero impact on my daily life. None. Nothing.
I get weather reports from NOAA. I filed my taxes and got my tiny refund in a week (just a couple weeks back, too, after all the cuts). My parents and in laws are still getting their SSI checks. My veteran father in law is still getting his VA care. I haven’t gone to a national park, but it seems like they’re still up and running. The mail still comes. It seems, from my point of view, like our military is still at work and pounding enemies. ICE appears to be securing the border. I could go on, but what, exactly, has gone wrong since we started cutting?
Can vouch for the National Parks, had a great day with Dallara at one on Saturday. In fact, I was also there last Thursday and between that visit and Sunday’s, the dirt/gravel/sand roads had been maintained.

THIS is THE question I keep asking and all I get is theories and hypothetical outcomes/predictions from armchair experts here or parroted bullshit bullet points from the liberal media like Maddow or The View, both of which are sheer idiocy. Or the default insults about Trump or his supporters.
No facts or actual examples, and I love to know how the folks screaming the loudest are impacted by the stopping of funding for DEI Trans Sesame Street in Ghana (totally made up but just as silly as all the other nonsense we’re spending millions and billions on)…
So let’s net it out, if you can’t explain your issue without bringing up future hypothetical outcomes, or insulting Trump or his followers, and CAN NOT cite an ACTUAL negative impact to you backed up by VERIFIABLE FACTS, you are just talking to listen to yourself talk… So you might want to consider turning the verbal self serving verbal diarrhea faucet a slightly lower setting. It already smell bad enough in here.
