Majority of active shooters seem to off themselves. Im sure armed citizens have stopped some along with LEO’S.

Let’s make a another law, since the whole murder law doesn’t work, that by law all active shooters need to kill themselves first. Then it doesn’t matter the ratio of armed civilians vs LEO’s
