You do know they thought it was time or too late to communicate with our allies partners enemies as soon as possible to explain that they understand what we were going to say last month but held off until next week while our administration was being clear on a very confusing issue.

Look at her body language. She’s constantly looking down at the floor, her podium or her notes. Signature moves when you’re embarrassed by what’s coming out of your mouth.
She also has taken on the same habit as her boss. When she trips and has no place to go with the train of thought she’s trying to convey she stops, resets and says “Look.” And just like Joe anything that comes out of her mouth after that is a practiced bullshit bullet point…

Also, whenever the phrases “the President has always been clear…”, 0r any phrase that contains the word “clear” or some variation thereof is used, “clarity” is relegated to the septic tank.
