The Federal Government has decided that the Department of Defense should be called the Department of War and is sending the Military to Blue Cities they find are unable to manage themselves. Even though by the numbers, the worst cities for violent crime are Red Cities, you can you use the ole Google to gleam this information if you want. Or you can just watch Fox News and keep thinking Chicago is worse than Memphis.

However no matter what, it comes down to the US Military is used to subjugate enemies of the State. If they are being used in US Cities it’s because the Federal Government believes that US Citizens are enemies of the state.
