@Ouade5 I found the interview. It was an interview conducted by the WashingtonPost (linked below) but if you google any variation of “capitol police chief resigns” you can find summaries on other news sites without a paywall.
Related to the pipe bombs…

Wow. If true, then the investigation into the bombs would shed a lot of light on to the Capitol riot (who & why).

I’m sure (or at least I hope) someone is looking into it like FBI, Capitol Police, ATF, etc… but I haven’t heard anything else further on it.

Exactly. We have European family members and talk to other foreign friends regularly. The rest of the world knows EXACTLY what all of this means. Our German contacts said in a recent call: this is how Hitler came to power. Why is this allowed to happen in America? Our former Soviet Bloc friends said: this looks exactly like Soviet “elections” and leadership changes. Seems from our humble perspective that the whole world is pretty aware that America (the mythological version the free world has had their hope for the world resting on 70 years) just fell to Marxism without a fight.

This just in, in addition to the reported 25K-30K NG troops, Biden now has hired private security for the Inauguration at the cost of $1.6 million! He can’t even trust the NG troops? Why so much fear in such a popularly elected President? He even built walls to protect him, which purportedly don’t work anywhere else, according to Democratic politicians. Then there is the issue that no one will actually be at the Inauguration. Fear and hiding in DC. LOL

Just watched that video myself. I’ve never seen that before in my lifetime. I served in the Marine Corps and as a LEO in the past, I never imagined in my entire life I would ever see a sight like that taking place in the United States.

His entire campaign was done in hiding. The globalists neither care about nor trust the American People, and Democrats have a long-standing, strong dislike for the US military.
This is a disgrace and a very, very bleak omen of what lies ahead. This is how people behave when they KNOW that YOU know that they cheated, lied, and stole their way to power. This is NOT how a party that won a free and fair election behaves.

I don’t blame you at all. I’ve been having a lot more lately myself. I still can’t understand how so many people seem to act like everything going on is normal, when our capitol looks more heavily armed than some military bases overseas. I keep trying to stay calm and hope we’re all wrong, but these thoughts never seem to go away. I honestly fear for the people of our great nation in the next 4 years. We fought so they would never have to experience these kinds of terrors after all.

They pissed all that away over the past 4 presidential election cycles. They don’t deserve us, much less our brothers and sisters who died. I actually don’t dream about this stuff much anymore, but I did a LOT from the mid-90’s until about 2006. Washington DC now looks like Moscow did in 1993. Pretty soon, a big chunk of our country will probably look like Bosnia did in 1995.

Sad, but true I fear. I completely agree with you as well about them not deserving the sacrifices our brothers and sisters made for this nation. I can’t understand mentally how so many people can hate the same people who died for them to live free. For them to act the way they are and do the disgusting acts they have done over the past year or two. We had a local Veterans’ monument get spray painted with hammer and sickles, and other sick words. I can’t even explain the anger I felt the day I heard that happened, or the day I saw a Marine Corps memorial bench/statue was broken. America doesn’t support all this, I keep trying to tell myself that every day. Do people as a whole really hate those of us who served that much? I’m trying to find this answer, but it’s been hidden so well to keep us from finding the real answer to that I feel. If we knew the people wanted our help, I don’t think we’d be in this mess in the first place. What do you think?

Hmmmm. I guess this is just a little bit like what Jesus goes through every day for the past 2000 years. So I try not to let it get me down too much.
I judge folks by their actions and don’t try to guess their intentions.
