My brothers fight is my fight.

The fact that they want to murder us is a reason to kill them. If we kill them they will be dead. If we don’t kill them they will murder us.

If we don’t kill them, that is very possible.

Thats definitely a nicer word that i would call schumer

I have said for years that the biggest mistake we ever made as a country was during the Clinton era when we brought about this whole world trade thing was that we made a huge mistake in off shoring jobs to China and other far east countries chasing low cost labor. We should have been doing that here in North, South, and Central America. If we had bootstrapped the America’s that would have been a far better use. It would have bought us a tremendous amount of goodwill. It would have had even helped with Immigration and it would have secured our interests. But instead we built China into a first world power and a Peer-to-Peer military power. Who is now trying to make in roads in the America’s.

Pure Hubris and it is going to bite us in the buttocks.

1961 - same time as the Peace Corps. I think we got more bang for our buck with the peace corps which taught 3rs world countries how to build wells and other infrastructure so they could be self sufficient. USAID seems more likely to just throw free stuff at them and lately indoctrinating them in bizarre trans philosophy. I doubt any DEI tranny stuff is appreciated for people who are struggling to survive.

IIRC is there not a Biblical verse that says…

if you know someone is coming to kill you rise up and kill them first???

Close- if your enemy is coming to murder you kill him first.

IMHO there are individuals that are a extreme danger to society…

said individuals need to be removed from society…

some of them permanently for the safety of all…

I also do NOT think society should be required to support them for their entire remaining life…

also another consideration is should these individuals be allowed or escape back into society…

they will recommit the actions that separated them in the first place…

so… again IMHO total removal in some cases is necessary…

6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
–Leviticus 26:6-7

G-d’s promise to the Israelites was if they follow Him they would be under His protection, but they were to kill their enemies. This is not a wait till something bad happens then react, it’s kill them, their women, their children, their livestock, everything they have burn it to the ground.

Yes but it says kill not murder. The only way one can kill someone is if they are trying to murder you or do you grave bodily harm. That is the way I interpret it. Murder is the way to end. G-d‘s creation killing is the way to save it. G-d commands us not to murder.

No, G-d is pretty clear, you can absolutely kill your enemies, their women, their children, their slaves and livestock. And failing to do so may have a negative impact on you later.

Deuteronomy 20:16-18

16 But of the cities of these people, which the Lord thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:

17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee:

18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the Lord your God.

1 Samuel 15:3

3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

King Saul failed to listen to G-d and did not destroy the Amalek entirely which led to Saul falling out of G-d’s favor and David becoming King. This also set in motion for when the Jews were living in diaspora in Persia for Haman a descendent of the Amalek to convince the king of Persia to kill all the Jews who were living there. If you leave even one of your enemies alive, a descendant of theirs will try to kill you. We see this every day with Gaza and the West Bank. The solution there is to kill every Palestinian Man, Woman and Child, wipe them out completely so that the Jews can have peace.

Yes he tells us to kill. He does not tell us to murder. Murder would be a hardening of heart.
No, the Bible does not tell us to harden our hearts, but it does warn against doing so. Instead, the Bible encourages us to listen to God’s voice and avoid hardening our hearts.

Examples of Bible verses that warn against hardening your heart

  • Hebrews 3:7–8: “Today if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in rebellion”
  • Deuteronomy 15:7–8: “You shall not harden your heart against your poor brother, but you shall open your hand to him”
  • Proverbs 28:14: “Whoever hardens his heart will fall into calamity”

What is a hardened heart?

A hardened heart is a heart that lacks compassion and tenderness. It can be caused by fear, disbelief, or being preoccupied with life’s issues.

How can we avoid hardening our hearts?

We can avoid hardening our hearts by being part of a healthy community of believers who encourage us. We can also trust in the Lord with all our hearts and not lean on our own understanding.
