I cannot remember who told me about this guy, but I am very grateful. I wanted to share this with everyone because the first step in self-defense is avoiding an incident in the first place.

The instructor is John Murphy of FPF Training. This video is one of a series he assigns before attending his two day live fire class. I took it last year and highly recommend him as an instructor. He covers true street skills at all levels of threat from no real threat to non-deadly to deadly with great drills.
Take his classes if you can.
