@Ronald150 I’d ship you some but there are no preservatives so it would be stale by then. BUT I make homemade croutons out of homemade bread. OMG. Make the croutons then whiz them up in a chopper and instant breadcrumbs.

My turkey is currently in a five gallon bucket in the fridge in this brine. I substituted one gallon of apple juice in the place of one gallon of water. We’ll put it on the Weber charcoal grill Thursday morning and see how it goes.
