Just curious if military contractors are issued weapons or do they use they’re own equiptment and if so, what would be the majority carry choice of the AR platform. Maybe we have some contractors on here that could answer this. I’m thinking Danial Defense or something along those lines.

I can’t speak for all contractors, but The general rule seems to be that the equipment is issued, and not personal. No doubt there are exceptions somewhere.
Definitely ask the company you’re thinking of working for, as often each will have it’s own arrangement. T
here are a lot of hang ups related to carrying a weapon as a civilian in a foreign country, that the military doesn’t necessarily have to deal with.
