Who do they show this ID, birth certificate, passport to? If you are picked up without ID on you, and you don’t get access to a Judge or Lawyer how do you prove that you are a citizen then? What about the Navajo living on the Rez in AZ where a large percentage don’t have birth certificates, how do they get to prove that they are legally allowed to be in the US? ---

Any and all federal government enforcement agencies representatives officers / agents who you show the same to at any passport checkpoint entering or leaving any country. If they don’t have any ID, etc. give all the pertinent information to run a background at that point same as you would if your passport was lost or stolen. You can what if this all you want, but the more you delay or stall the removal for deportations, the more these individuals cost the taxpayers. We cannot sustain supporting them all and then there is their population explosion. Are you prepared to give up your social security and Medicare benefits to pay their maternity and newborn care, preschool through college, medical healthcare. Whatever welfare or other financial life support. Start writing cheeks. And, keep your hands out of my pockets while your at it. ---
