KS is constitutional carry and still issue permits if residents wants them. Technically, I do not need the license to carry but I do travel outside the state which for me is one of the reasons to get it.

Iām learning thatās the case 
Sometimes I sound like a Know-it-all which is only because I ask lots of questions and pay attention to the answers then remember them.
