@Spence posted a concealed carry prayer a while back. It particularly caught my attention because it speaks to all the things that matter, and because it puts the perspective right. I modified it a little to suit my thinking, and asked my granddaughter to make up a copy I can hang on my wall where I can see it every day. Here’s what she came up with. And yes, that’s her new pink glock.

I’m a day late and a dollar short, but I like both versions. I think it might help to keep things in perspective regarding the awesome responsibility we all carry around on a daily basis. I’m not a big poster, but God bless Laura and all the like-minded folks that frequent these pages. To my knowledge, praying has never been known to make a situation worse. G
