The article is light on details, but I would not be surprised if that moron wound up getting charged for “reckless endangerment” or whatever the code stipulates.

It stinks, but you can’t just start shooting over property.

It’s only a car. If it was a car jacking, maybe but an auto theft - NOPE!

Dolts like this guy hurt our cause much more than they help it. As a CC permit holder here in NC, I can tell you that theft is not a legitimate reason to discharge, or even brandish, your firearm. Charges are sure to follow.
