I died.

Got a hundred rings first, though, so I used the 1-up to come back.

Yea, my avatar change sometime today. Didn’t notice when. Had to logout and log back in to get my normal red D back. I wish the gate keepers would figure that one out.

I feel for ya!

I’ve been having error 0x8000ffff that won’t let me do Windows 10 updates for over a year on my desktop computer. I’ve spent the last 3 days changing out hardware and learning more about CSM, UEFI, MBR, GPT, and DirectX than I ever wanted to know in an attempt to update to Windows 11. Long story short, I believe I have all Windows 11 compatible hardware installed, but getting the system configured correctly to do the update is continuing to be a challenge.

And who knows, I hope updating to Windows 11 will solve the 0x8000ffff error. If not, plan to re-install Windows 11, Office, Visio, Project, etc. What a PITA this has become.
