Are the rules of force the same for a truck and a car, in a min/riot situation?
I travel mostly the western US.
Except California (Commiefornia).

Yes but we are alot bigger.
This is like the long gun vs handgun discussion. It all comes down to you and your lawyer being able to articulate there was imminent danger to human life. If I absolutely had to go somewhere, that the risk of getting “stuck” is a higher probability, we take my pickup truck. I want every advantage I can get.

Truck - meaning pickup truck or meaning commercial vehicle?
Semi-Truck. I travel the west half of the US. I was wondering if Commercial Trucks had stricter or less stringent rules.
I get some of the Hot spots, but try to check the conditions before I go in.
