What have you found to be the cleanest practice rounds you regularly fire? And what have you found to be a good price for 9mm and .233/5.56 in that category? I am currently seeing $0.25 per round for 9mm and about $0.50 per round for .223/5.56. My rifle is 5.56 so I am not concerned about the cartridge for practice rounds.

Sellier & Bellot and Fiocchi -these two were always super clean.
Unfortunately these are pricey and I found out that shooting dirty ammo and using good cleaning spray is less expensive option. 
I’m not thinking about clean ammo anymore. Price has priority right now.

I have ammo that’s fairly dirty, cheaper, for range practice, 124gr. Then I make sure I use the most clean ammo I can find when using suppressors. Also shooting suppressors, sub-sonic 147gr .

I use American Quality Ammunition for pretty much all of my practice ammunition, decent price, clean shooting. I even found a .44 magnum round 240gr loaded to only 1000fps, shoots great from my S&W 329.
From what I understand they manufacture ammunition for multiple brands and this is their house brand, I order it through Lucky Gunner.

Not economical, but Sig 365 FMJ is by far the cleanest training ammo I’ve used. I’m pretty sure it only comes in 9mm.
