With all the issues and Fraud, Theft and Abuse created by ‘He who will not be named and company’ this is a decisive WIN. I love it when a plan comes together.
But this is a prime example of folk’s who when a corrupt administration is in power
take it upon themselves to make some coin (because look the .Gov is doing it!) off the
little guy.

The crazy part of all of this is, the military has buildings full of lawyers, I believe JAG is the term they use, so they know or should know the law. That aside, when the gun club challenged them they certainly should have read up on the law, but still, they take it to court so a judge has to tell them they are clearly violating a law that they know/should have known exists. It’s just another case of anti-2A at any cost.
So glad that POS Biden is gone. Most anti-American president in history as well as the most incompetent.

I’m glad to hear that the gun club won their battle, however I find it strange and surprising that Police Agencies, and other Federal agencies have to Pay to use the range !!
Why would they not? Keeping a range open is not cheap and if the owner is giving it away for free to LE and Military they will have to increase the rates for everyone else.
