One of the main things that the Donald did, that really impressed me, was beat the heck out of the media. Before Donald, the media could run one or two hit pieces and destroy a politicians career. Then here comes Trump, the media, being all smug and stuff, run hit piece after hit piece, What he said about women on the bus, he went bankrupt, He didn’t pay his contractors, he did kinky stuff with hookers, he’s got Russian backing… But still he’s there, in their face, F You media. Then along comes congress, “let impeach him…” that didn’t work out too well and what happened, he’s there, in their face, F You Democrat controlled congress. Then, after he’s out of office, charge, try and convict him, that’ll do it, but what did the Donald do? He ended the Democrat Deity run for President in a single debate, put on by the media that still thinks it alone can stop Trump. He’s survived countless encounters that would have and has ended many political careers and he’s still going strong.

And in the mean time, and ever so under the radar, the Secretary of the ARMY toughened up the rules on soldiers participating or supporting, even with words on social media, any organization THEY consider radical….
Another BS initiative by the current administration to weed out ANY potential dissension in the ranks.

This WAS huge. He totally EXPOSED the media and brought the addage “fake news” into the American vernacular. Before Trump, the majority believed everything the MSM shoveled out. He has completely burst that bubble for millions, and we should all be grateful for his role in lifting that shroud.

For one thing, he decreased the corp tax rate which caused US companies to bring billions of dollars back into the US, was invested in the US, and in my case, some was used for employee bonuses. Prior to that, those billions of dollars were being held and even invested outside the US. Kamala has stated she wants to raise this tax rate again. She doesn’t grasp the concept that 35% of zero is zero, while 25% causes a major bump in tax revenue.
Apart from that, my Fed taxes went up because the Liberal talking point about tax breaks for the wealthy was the usual BS. Middle class employees in my organization saw a decrease in Fed tax liability, while my tax liability went up. My Liberal coworkers started whining loudly about paying more in taxes and cursing Trump even though they previously claimed they’d be getting tax breaks while the Middle Class would get stuck paying for their tax breaks. One even tried claiming he was Middle Class and that’s why his taxes went up. I’m sorry, but making $200k+/yr isn’t exactly Middle Class.
The company I was working for at the time also started doing quite well as the economy picked up. And they started shifting mfg of some products from China to Mexico because of the trade agreement. It once again became cost effective and made more business sense to start building products in Mexico again. Higher profits for the company typically translated into larger bonuses for employees.

I was in that same position before the tRump Error and during it. I saw no increase due to anything tRump enacted and was glad the government wholly ignored Dumbo and his cuts to regulations, which allowed shady employers to not maintain safety measures at the jobsite.
