There’s no fmcsa or federal regulations against it however it’s up to your carrier (unless you’re an owner operator) and state reciprocity will be a concern

If you’re not joined up with uscca it would be a good idea…they’re reciprocity aids are pretty handy and easy to use

Most likely have company policy against it. But what they don’t know won’t hurt. Lol. But seriously I drive truck and usually carry 2 with me. Just know what the laws are in each state and roll on.

Side note… obviously can’t carry in Canada but a marine flare gun is a perfectly legal safety devise in all 50 and canada…
